Terms and conditions of the Best NCC chauffeur service Verona
Waiting time on arrival
Hotels and private addresses: 15 minutes of waiting time are included from the scheduled booking time.
Train station: 30 minutes of waiting time are included from the actual train arrival time.
Airport: 60 minutes of waiting time are included from the actual landing time.
After the included waiting time: A charge of €70 per hour will apply, calculated in 30-minute increments.
Management of flight and train delays
Notification of changes: Customers are kindly asked to promptly notify the company in the event of significant schedule changes or delays affecting the booked flight or train.
Service operation: The company will do its best to guarantee the service. In the event of delays exceeding 60 minutes compared with the scheduled time, if the fleet is not available due to subsequent commitments, the service may be cancelled without any penalty for the customer.
Force majeure: The company shall not be held responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by exceptional weather conditions, national or sector strikes, unexpected road closures, or accidents.
Cancellation policy and penalties
Free cancellation: Permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the booked service.
Late cancellation or no-show: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service, or in the event of customer no-show, the full amount of the service will be charged (100% penalty).
Payment and balance terms
Payment methods: The balance may be paid directly on board at the end of the journey, in cash or by card.
Deposits and advance payments: For long-distance journeys or departures outside Verona, a deposit or advance payment may be required. In the case of payment by bank transfer or online payment link, the payment must be visible before the service begins.
Capacity and on-board rules
Car luggage capacity: Maximum 4 medium suitcases.
Van luggage capacity: Maximum 4 large suitcases and 4 medium suitcases.
Bulky items: Prior notification is mandatory. Bicycles cannot be transported.
Animals: Allowed only in approved pet carriers and if communicated in advance.
Interior cleaning and sanitisation
Special cleaning and disinfection required due to illness or accidental soiling on board will incur a minimum charge of €200.
